It happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. Police reported that the driver pulled over after the initial crash and moved the injured pedestrian to the side of the road before driving away. Orange Police Department reported that Arroyo-Lozada’s 18-year-old boyfriend crashed the car after running a red light.
