Carmichael, CA (September 13, 2024) A three-vehicle collision occurred on Madison Avenue in Carmichael on Tuesday evening, September 10th, 2024, according to reports. The accident occurred just before 10:00 p.m. and left at least one person with injuries. Reports indicated that it occurred at the intersection of Manzanita Avenue.
Dispatch began receiving 911 calls about a collision around 9:55 p.m. on Tuesday night, September 10th. Three vehicles collided for unknown reasons at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Manzanita Avenue. All three vehicles sustained moderate to major damage and were left sitting in the middle of the roadway.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and found the three vehicles sitting in a field of debris in the middle of the roadway. They quickly checked the vehicles to see if anyone was in need of medical assistance. Reports indicated that at least one person was found with significant injuries. Officers requested an ambulance at the scene to transport the victim to a local hospital for treatment. There has been no word on the victim’s condition.
Following the initial investigation, crews worked to clear the debris from Madison Avenue. Tow trucks were also called to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
