Las Vegas, NV (September 6, 2024) A collision involving multiple vehicles occurred at the intersection of US-95 and Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas. The accident occurred just before 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024, and left at least one person with injuries.
As motorists traveled along South US-95, several vehicles collided at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard, in Las Vegas. It happened just before 2:00 a.m., officers reported. The damaged vehicles blocked the intersection as well as a portion of US-95 S.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the damaged vehicles surrounded by a field of debris. They quickly began checking the occupants, ready to render aid to anyone in need. Reports indicated that they found at least one person with injuries. Paramedics transported those with injuries to a local hospital to receive treatment. However, the extent of injuries has not been disclosed.
Detectives at the scene took statements and gathered evidence before tow trucks began removing the damaged vehicles from the roadway. Officers are determined to piece together what caused this multi-vehicle collision in Las Vegas, as well as who was responsible. Crews worked as quickly as they could to remove the debris from the roadway so traffic could resume normally.
