Van Nuys, CA (August 16, 2024) On Wednesday, August 14, a 76-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle, the driver of which fled the scene.
It occurred at about 9:05 p.m. when the woman was crossing the street at Saticoy. A dark SUV struck her and continued on.
Paramedics took the woman to the hospital with critical injuries. Her current condition is unknown.
Authorities are still searching for the person who hit the woman. They ask anyone with information regarding the crash to contact the Los Angeles Police Department.
