Los Angeles, CA (July 29, 2024) A multi-vehicle collision occurred on U.S. Highway 101 in Los Angeles that quickly turned into an argument, according to reports. The collision involved at least four vehicles, officers reported, and happened near State Route 70 just before noon on Friday, July 26th. Following the crash, two males were seen yelling at each other on the side of the highway, witnesses reported.

A gray Mercedes-Benz, a gray Dodge Durango, a white Nissan Ultima and a tan Chevrolet Trailblazer were all traveling along Highway 101 in Los Angeles. Not far from State Route 70, the four vehicles collided. The tan Chevy swerved into the center divide and rolled over, coming to a stop in a damaged heap, on its wheels. All four vehicles stopped and two men got out of their vehicles and begin yelling at each other on the side of the highway. Reports indicated that both men were passengers, leading many to believe that road rage or highway violence may have led to this four-vehicle crash.

The Los Angeles Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene and found the four vehicles blocking traffic. The two men were still arguing on the side of the road, according to reports. Paramedics checked on those people who were still inside the vehicles to help anyone who was injured. They found at least one person with injuries and transported them to a local hospital to receive treatment. Tow trucks were called to the scene to remove damaged vehicles and crews worked to get the debris cleared so traffic could resume normally.

Officers are investigating this collision to determine what exactly happened on Highway 101 on that late morning in July. They are determined to piece together who was responsible, as well.
