Victorville, CA (December 29, 2023) Jeen Hines of Buena Park was struck and killed by a vehicle while walking on December 19th. The collision occurred at the intersection of El Evado Road and Palmdale Road just before 6:30 p.m.

Officers said that Jeen Mone’ Hines was trying to cross Palmdale Road when she was struck by a white Jeep pickup truck. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and found Hines on the ground. The mother of two was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
Police officers had to close Palmdale Road in both directions as the scene was cleared and they investigated this fatal accident. The Jeep pickup that was involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Officers hope to determine who was at fault in this Victorville collision and who was at fault.
