Los Angeles, CA (November 7, 2023) Sadly, one person lost their life on Sunday, November 5th, in a 2-vehicle collision on Central Avenue in Los Angeles. It happened around 6:17 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department, in the 5800 block of Central Avenue.
The Los Angles Police Department received the call about a 2-vehicle collision on Central Avenue. Upon arrival, they found a white Toyota Tacoma and a white Ford that had been involved in a collision. Officers discovered one person deceased and they were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity is being withheld until authorities notify their next of kin.

Paramedics at the scene took one person to a local hospital to receive treatment for injuries they sustained during the crash. The extent and severity of their injuries was not disclosed.
As is the case with many traffic accidents, tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene. Crews worked to clean up debris and officers investigated the crash site to try and determine what exactly happened on Central Avenue and who was at fault.
