San Luis Obispo, CA (September 12, 2023) – At least one person was injured on Sunday, September 10th, after a DUI collision on Santa Rosa Street in San Luis Obispo. The accident was reported around midnight near Montalban Street.
A car was speeding on Santa Rosa Street when it collided with another vehicle. The second vehicle spun off the road and stopped on the sidewalk of a Jack in the Box restaurant. The first vehicle also lost control and crashed into a light pole.

The police arrested the first driver for suspected DUI. The driver of the second vehicle was moderately injured and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
