Stockton, CA (July 27, 2023) The Sheriff’s office in Stockton said they attempted to pull over a car for tinted windows, but instead of stopping, the vehicle kept moving. It drove northbound on Mission Road and near De Ovan Avenue where it crashed into a fence and hit a fire hydrant.
A 13-year-old was driving the vehicle and a 12-year-old was the passenger. The driver was booked in juvenile hall and the passenger was released to his parents.
