Legal Analysis on the NW La Center Crash
When a collision involves a driver striking another vehicle, investigators would review speed and DUI law. This can help investigators determine the reason as to why the female driver did not yield to the vehicles before causing the fatal collision.
Because the Chrysler crossed the center line and struck the corner of the bus, it’s possible that investigators may review R.C.W 46.61.100 This specific section discusses that upon a roadway, drivers shall drive on the right half of the roadway.
It’s possible that the driver also violated R.C.W 46.61.400 due to possibly speeding causing their own fatal death. This law prohibits drivers to drive on a highway at a speed greater than reasonable.
Advice to Victim’s Family
