On Monday, August 4, a little after 6 a.m., the Sheldon Road crash occurred. According to Sacramento police, it happened on Sheldon Road, near West Stockton Boulevard.
When police arrived, they found a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at the intersection near the Elk Grove city limits. First responders arrived at the crash site, transporting the victim to a hospital. The vehicle’s driver remained at the scene and cooperated with officers.
